SERVICES

Support that feels like it belongs to your life.

Live Leife is not a care rota. It is a quiet, carefully designed layer of support that sits around the person and their family. Every arrangement is tailored, non clinical and built around identity, not tasks.

Calm lifestyle support

OUR FRAMEWORK

Presence, Journeys and Continuum

Three ways to work with us. Each one can be shaped around what life looks like for the person at the centre and the family around them.

Calm presence at home

TIER ONE

Presence

Gentle, regular companionship that gives shape to the week and steadiness to the day. Presence is often the first layer of support families choose.

  • Quiet companionship at home or out in the community.
  • Light structure around meals, movement and rest.
  • Escort for local appointments, commitments or social visits.
  • Gentle prompting rather than doing everything for the person.
  • Reassurance for individuals and families through familiar routine.

Presence is suited to people who are largely independent but benefit from steady, non clinical support across the week.

Support across key life journeys

TIER TWO

Journeys

Focused support for seasons of change. Journeys is designed for transitions that feel too significant to navigate alone.

  • Hospital discharge and the early weeks back at home.
  • Adjusting to a new diagnosis or change in treatment.
  • Relocating, moving home or shifting into supported settings.
  • Support around bereavement and early reorganisation of life.
  • Non clinical accompaniment for travel, appointments and key days.

Journeys often runs for a defined period, for example several weeks or a season, with a clear focus on helping the person and family land into a new rhythm.

Long term reassurance for families

TIER THREE

Continuum

A long term, relationship based arrangement for families who want ongoing reassurance from a trusted support partner.

  • A dedicated lifestyle support professional, not rotating staff.
  • Predictable weekly rhythm, planned with the person and family.
  • Light, structured updates for relatives in the UK or abroad.
  • Seasonal planning, for example winter checks or travel periods.
  • Early noticing of small changes in confidence, mood or routine.

Continuum is often chosen by families who live at a distance or by those who simply prefer a quiet, ongoing layer of support that evolves as life does.

Enquire about Continuum

Shaped around identity, not tasks.

Live Leife support begins with the person, their pace and their preferences. We listen first, understand how life feels now and what they want to protect, then design companionship that strengthens independence rather than eroding it. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is rotated. Everything is personal.

HOW IT WORKS

How we shape your arrangement

There is no template package. We move through a simple but careful process to ensure the support feels right for the person and for the family.

1

Quiet, private conversation

We begin with a conversation that is deliberately unhurried. You can share how life feels, what is working and what is quietly worrying you. This may involve one person, a partner or wider family.

2

Understanding rhythms and risks

We explore the person’s usual week, energy, preferences and non negotiables. We also note any key transitions, risks or pinch points where support will matter most.

3

Designing the right tier

Together, we decide whether Presence, Journeys or Continuum suits the current season. In some cases, a Journey leads naturally into a lighter or longer term arrangement.

4

Carefully matched companion

We introduce a lifestyle support professional whose style, availability and experience align with the person and their context. The focus is on long term fit, not just cover.

5

Gentle settling in

The early visits are focused on rapport, comfort and rhythm. We adjust the arrangement based on how the person responds and how the family feels about the flow of support.

6

Ongoing review and refinement

As life shifts, we refine the arrangement. That may mean more visits for a season, support around a specific journey or a quieter rhythm once things feel steady again.

You do not need a final plan before you speak to us. Many families come to Live Leife with a sense that life is changing and a wish for things to feel less fragile.

We can explore together whether Presence, Journeys or Continuum would be the right way to begin.

NEXT QUESTIONS

What Happens When We Reach Out?

Is there a minimum commitment?

We begin with what feels realistic. For some, that is a few hours a week; for others, it is support around a single journey or season. We agree terms together before anything begins.

Do you work with our existing team?

Yes. We expect that you may already have clinicians, therapists, household staff or advisors. Leife is designed to sit alongside, not disrupt, what is already working.

Which service should we choose?

Many families start with Journeys or Presence and naturally evolve into a Continuum arrangement. The first conversation is the easiest place to begin.

Where do you operate?

Our work currently centres on selected regions and cities. We will confirm availability, travel and any constraints during your initial enquiry.
